Our theme for this term is ‘Splish, Splash and Splosh’.
This term Year 2 will be going on an underwater adventure! In our new theme Splish, Splash, Splosh we will start by investigating the variety of weird and wonderful creatures from the ocean. We will be making a trip to the beach and the local fish market and even tasting some delicious shell fish ourselves! Later in the term we will be learning all about famous sea journeys. We will find out about Charles Darwin and all his great discoveries on the Galapagos islands and follow the journey of the ship Titanic which sank an hundred years ago this year!
