About the Golden Children of the week
Every week, each class chooses a child as their Golden Child of the week on Monday during the whole school assembly. The class teacher can choose any child from his class based on his children’s performance during the past week. Once a child is chosen as the Golden Child for a week, his/her photograph is put in a golden frame and displayed both in the class room and in the hall. Mrs Wood invites them to her office during the second play time for tea and biscuits. It’s a special treat for Hornbill children. Actually, all Hornbill children deserve to be the Golden Child because they work so hard and they are kind and helpful.
