How To Stay Safe Online
अनलाईन बस्दा कसरी सुरक्षित रहने ?
Respect other people online. अनलाईन बस्दा भेटेका अरु व्यक्तिहरुसित सभ्य रुपमा प्रस्तुत हुनुहोस् ।
Behave yourself online. अनलाईन बस्दा राम्रो बानिबेहोरा देखाउनु होस्।
Do not give out any personal information about yourself or your family to anyone that you have met online. अनलाईन बस्दा भेटेका कसैलाई पनि आफ्नो वा आफ्नो परिवारको बारेमा कुनै पनि प्रकारको ब्यक्तिगत सूचनाहरु नदिनुहोस्।
Do not meet anyone in real life that you met on the internet. अनलाईन बस्दा भेटेका कसै सित पनि साँच्चिकै रुपमा नभेट्नुहोस्।
Do not respond to emails or chat messages from people you do not know. नचिनेको व्यक्तिहरुबाट प्राप्त ईमेल, च्याट मैसेजहरु र अरु कुनै पनि मैसेजहरुको जवाफ कहिल्यै पनि नपठाउनुहोस्।
If something upsets you, tell your parents or a teacher. तपाईंलाई अनलाईन बस्दा कुनै कुराले वा कसैले दुखी बनाउँछ भने आफ्नो शिक्षिक-शिक्षिकाहरुलाई वा अभिभावकलाई भन्नुहोस् ।
Be patient when online. अनलाईन बस्दा जहिले पनि धैर्य राख्नुहोस्।
Do not spend too long on the internet. ईन्टरनेटमा साह्रै धेरै लामो समय नबिताउनुहोस् ।
Remember – you can always turn your computer off! कहिल्यै पनि आफ्नो कम्प्युटर स्विच अफ गर्न नबिर्सिनुहोस्।
